We are the only Consultants that hold Fair Trading and QBCC Structural Landscape Construction licenses, Cert 3 in Financial Services, Cert 3 in Horticulture, Commercial and Private Inquiry agents license, Public liability insured and has successfully managed and created over 600 projects through the competitive G.F.C market of 08 in Sydney and beyond.

Our clients have mostly been investors and home owners who have gained substantial profits from the designs and projects we have managed throughout the years.

From completing projects on multi million dollar homes around Sydney Harbour to Quick fixer upper rentals, we strive for our clients value for money.

Having entered the home renovation game from humble beginnings in 1998 as a young landscape apprentice, experiences ranges from digging holes and scrubbing sandstone to high end client liaisons, budget projections, risk assessments, project management, dispute resolutions, property management, investigations, private certifications, owner builders, employment, investments and expediting contracts. We draw on this vast pool of knowledge & experience to provide a complete all in one, user friendly consultation service which will enhance every aspect of your outdoors.

Concepts

It is important to spend some time together at the initial consultation to uncover exactly what our clients want to achieve with their project. Some clients have kids and want more space, others want to entertain outside in comfort and style, others have moved into their forever home and want to create an overall concept for the entire property with decks, pathways, pool, water features, feature walls and gardens. Some clients just want to ‘jazz up’ and modernise the theme of the home. We are the ultimate soundboard with practical hands on experience that works through all of these ideas and prices with our clients until we have the perfect design, budget & plan ready for construction.

We workshop multiple solutions to each problem and then perform cost/effectivity/aesthetic comparisons so each obstacle is conquered with purpose and confidence of choice until the problem is resolved.

Outdoor Renovations only works with tradespeople that ‘get it’ There are some very talented tradesmen that i’ve had the pleasure of working alongside over the years and many more average ones. Having personally built over 600 projects from the ground up, its obvious for me now to tell the difference between the two. We use all of our trades to their strengths, be it finishing, straight up material hauling or superior craftsmanship. Allowing us to present the best result to our clients.

It is the subtle differences in workmanship, alignment and balance over an entire backyard that either makes it good or amazing.

There is a huge range of natural and engineered products available for use in your project. Rather than giving a one dimensional perspective of just timber, bricks or stone, we move between all the materials to find the winning fit for our clients taste and budget.
